{"id":6646,"date":"2025-05-09T07:49:29","date_gmt":"2025-05-09T04:49:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/espa-anthropinodynamiko.gr\/the-program\/program-evaluation\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T17:42:04","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T14:42:04","slug":"program-evaluation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/espa-anthropinodynamiko.gr\/en\/the-program\/program-evaluation\/","title":{"rendered":"Program Evaluation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"espa-block-core-paragraph-1746776809627 wp-block-paragraph\">The Common Provisions Regulation (EU) 2021\/1060 stipulates in Article 44 the key obligations related to the evaluation of the Programs for the Programming Period 2021-2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to the above, the Managing Authority (MA) drafted the Evaluation Plan for the Program &#8220;Human Resources and Social Cohesion,&#8221; which was approved by the 5<sup>th<\/sup> Decision of the Monitoring Committee in July 2023 and revised by the 18<sup>th<\/sup> Decision of the Monitoring Committee in November 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"espa-block-core-paragraph-1746776840842 wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>central objectives of the Evaluation Plan<\/strong> for the HRSC Program 2021-2027 concern:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"espa-list-element\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>improving the quality of evaluations through proper planning,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing information to managers and decision-makers based on evaluations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuring that evaluations provide the necessary input for the preparation of the Program&#8217;s annual and progress reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"espa-block-core-paragraph-1746776840846 wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, the selection of studies for the Evaluation Plan was based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"espa-list-element\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The financial weight of the selected interventions of the Program to be evaluated per Specific Objective and\/or per Priority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The need to assess the contribution of interventions related to flagship projects of strategic importance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The need to assess interventions that are part of the country&#8217;s vision for transitioning to a new era, through fundamental economic and social reforms, with an emphasis on activating Actions: strengthening cooperation and service provision by labor market bodies and institutions, skills upgrading, digital transformation, social innovation, social economy and entrepreneurship, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The need to assess interventions for promoting the social inclusion of vulnerable social groups, as well as actions to address material deprivation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The need for continuous evaluation of the Program&#8217;s implementation as a whole, through the selection of horizontal evaluations of the Program&#8217;s implementation.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"espa-block-core-paragraph-1746776840852 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa-anthropinodynamiko.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/&#x3A3;&#x3C7;&#x3AD;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;-&#x391;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3A0;&#x391;&#x394;&#x39A;&#x3A3;-2021-27_1&#x3B7;-&#x3B1;&#x3BD;&#x3B1;&#x3B8;&#x3B5;&#x3C9;&#x3C1;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;.11.2024.pdf\">Evaluation Plan for the Program &#8220;Human Resources and Social Cohesion&#8221; &#8211; 1<sup>st<\/sup> Revision, 11\/2024<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"espa-block-core-paragraph-1746776840868 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/espa-anthropinodynamiko.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/&#x3A3;&#x3C7;&#x3AD;&#x3B4;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;-&#x391;&#x3BE;&#x3B9;&#x3BF;&#x3BB;&#x3CC;&#x3B3;&#x3B7;&#x3C3;&#x3B7;&#x3C2;-&#x3A0;&#x391;&#x394;&#x39A;&#x3A3;-2021-2027_06.2023.pdf\">Evaluation Plan for the Program &#8220;Human Resources and Social Cohesion&#8221;, 7\/2023<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Common Provisions Regulation (EU) 2021\/1060 stipulates in Article 44 the key obligations related to the evaluation of the Programs for the Programming Period 2021-2027.
