Use implies acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"espa-list-element\">\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"espa-block-core-list-item-1750258085777\">The visitor\/user is responsible for accessing the SMS HRSC web portal and for any fees paid to third parties (e.g., internet service providers, charges for time spent on it). Furthermore, they are solely responsible for equipping themselves with the necessary technological means that allow them access to the web portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"espa-block-core-list-item-1750258085778\">The SMS HRSC takes all necessary measures to ensure the proper functioning of the web portal. Nevertheless, the SMS HRSC is not liable for any negative consequences or damage that the user of the web portal may suffer from its use or inability to use it, from delays during its use, from errors or omissions therein, from telephone line interruptions, power grid failures, or for other reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"espa-block-core-list-item-1750258085780\">Financial or other information presented on the SMS HRSC web portal is republished after consultation with the competent authorities. The SMS HRSC takes all necessary measures to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the web portal. However, the SMS HRSC is not liable for any typographical or other errors during the republication of such information, nor for any negative consequences or damage that the user of the web portal may suffer as a result of using this information. The content of the web portal is provided &#8220;as is&#8221; without any express or implied warranty in any way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"espa-block-core-list-item-1750258085781\">The SMS HRSC does not guarantee that the pages, services, options, and content of the web portal will be provided without interruption, without errors, and that errors will be corrected. Furthermore, the SMS HRSC does not guarantee that the servers through which the web portal is made available to visitors\/users do not contain &#8220;viruses&#8221; or other harmful components. The SMS HRSC does not in any way guarantee the correctness, completeness, or availability of the content, pages, services, options, or their results. The cost of any potential corrections or services is borne by the visitor\/user and in no case by the SMS HRSC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"espa-block-core-list-item-1750404657380\">Except for the mentioned exceptions (copyrights of third parties, partners, and entities), all content of the web portal, including texts, graphics, photographs, and designs, constitutes the intellectual property of the SMS HRSC. Consequently, none of these may be wholly or partly subject to modification, sale, or commercial exploitation in general. An exception is the individual storage of a single copy of part of the content on a simple personal computer, for personal and not public or commercial use, and without deleting the indication of its origin, without in any way affecting the relevant intellectual property rights.
