The Special Management Service of the “Human Resources and Social Cohesion” Programme (SMS HRSC), by Decision ΥΠΕΘΟΟ/ΕΞ2026/78659/May 19, 2026, establishes a Register of Specialized Scientists and Experts for participation in Evaluation Committees for public procurement, with the Special Service of the General Secretariat for the Management of Sectoral Programmes ERDF, Cohesion Fund and ESF as the Contracting Authority, and for the provision of specialized scientific or technical support to the competent collective bodies of the Contracting Authority.
The Register functions as an organizational and supportive tool for the Contracting Authority and does not constitute an independent register within the meaning of specific provisions of public procurement legislation.
