According to Article 13 of Law No. 4914/2022 (Government Gazette 61 A), ‘Intermediate Bodies’ (IBs) may be designated to perform duties of the Managing Authority, under its responsibility and supervision, for operations of Programs receiving support from the Funds. Intermediate Bodies are designated by a Designation Decision, which specifies the duties assigned to them.

In the context of the above, taking into account the current Management & Control System 2021-2027 and following a relevant evaluation, the MA for PADCS proceeded with the designation of the following as Intermediate Bodies:
